The University of Ljubljana is once again opening its doors to students with a program of free sports activities throughout September, helping them stay active and reduce stress during the exam season.
The initiative offers basketball, volleyball, badminton, fitness, table tennis, running sessions, and guided workouts such as yoga, pilates, and functional training. Activities will be held in the University Sports Hall Rožna dolina between 18:00 and 22:00, with guided sessions available both on-site and online via Zoom.
Regular exercise has been shown to improve concentration, sleep quality, and motivation, while also reducing stress — essential benefits during demanding study periods. Students can register on the day of each activity through the POPR system, with daily schedules published on the university’s Instagram stories.
