As part of the Pannónia Scholarship Program, 14 students and 5 faculty members from the University of Miskolc recently participated in a study trip to Würzburg University, Germany. The academic visit, held in June 2025, focused on language and technology in the digital era.
The group of German studies students took part in the Linguistics Colloquium at Würzburg, where discussions centered around the evolving nature of language in the digital age and the ethical dilemmas of using artificial intelligence in text correction.
The trip was organized by Dr. Renáta Kriston, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Miskolc, and a former Pannónia exchange scholarship recipient herself. The visit offered students a unique opportunity to engage in international academic dialogue and deepen their research perspectives.
