Eötvös József College received the Family-Friendly Workplace Award, joining 90 recognized institutions across Hungary. The award was presented on June 27 at the Bálna Honvédelmi Központ in Budapest, where Anita Nagy-Czirok, the college’s grant officer, accepted the honor.
The award is part of a long-running program by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation and aims to support workplaces that help balance professional and family life. This year’s grant brought the college nearly 5 million forints, which will fund health days, lifestyle counseling, mental health workshops, team-building events, and improvements to indoor and outdoor community spaces.
Eötvös József College plans to integrate these initiatives into everyday operations, building a supportive, health-conscious, and truly family-friendly work culture.
