Technická univerzita v Liberci (TUL) held two February workshops focused on improving teaching competencies and lifelong learning for academic staff. The sessions, attended by university leadership including Rector Aleš Kocourek, discussed the creation of a methodical center to support teaching as a platform for pedagogical development. Guest Klára Tesaříková Čermáková from Palacký University in Olomouc shared insights on systematic teacher support and lifelong learning, including microcredentials. The workshops emphasized sharing best practices, mentoring, and fostering innovation in teaching, reinforcing TUL’s commitment to high-quality education.
