
During the summer break, Tomas Bata University in Zlin has carried out extensive renovations across its faculties. The Faculty of Management and Economics updated classrooms and created a new industrial engineering laboratory. The Wichterle Hall lecture theatre will feature modern presentation technology, enhanced acoustics, new projectors, and interactive touchscreens, with a capacity of 186 seats.
The Faculty of Technology is constructing a new building to replace the original 1930s structure, with completion expected in March 2027. Student dormitories are also being upgraded, including increased bed capacity, a new student club, and a multifunctional sports hall to support academic and recreational activities.
