The Hungarian U19 girls’ volleyball team secured an impressive second place at the MEVZA Tournament held in the Czech Republic. Despite the challenges of a demanding match schedule — including a five-and-a-half-hour day on Monday — the team showed resilience. After a tough loss to the host nation in the morning, they bounced back in the evening to defeat Croatia and return home with silver medals.
Pusztai Lilient was named Best Libero of the tournament, while Anna Zsombók earned recognition as Best Middle Blocker.
