
21 students from the BA in International and European Law participated in a one-day intensive study trip to The Hague as part of the course Global Justice in Action: The Procedural Law and Practice of International Courts and Tribunals.The students visited key institutions including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the Iran–United States Claims Tribunal (IUSCT), the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC), and the International Criminal Court (ICC). They engaged with experts such as H.E. Judge Hilary Charlesworth and law clerks, gaining insights into international adjudication, procedural law, and the practical functioning of hybrid and international courts.The trip provided students with hands-on exposure to international justice, turning theoretical learning into practical experience and inspiring future careers in international law.
