The Rector of Charles University has formally rejected all claims by Doc. Prázný and his associates regarding alleged illegal interference in personnel matters at the CU Catholic Theological Faculty. The appointment of Dr. Falátková as temporary head of the faculty fully complies with the Higher Education Act and Labour Code. As of 13 August 2025, Doc. Prázný is no longer authorized to represent the faculty, and any actions taken in his alleged capacity are considered illegal and invalid.
