Budapest’s Corvinus University is inviting student musicians to showcase their talent at the upcoming Academic Year Opening Ceremony. Whether as a solo act or part of a group, students are encouraged to apply and perform live at the prestigious event this September.
The performance will follow the official part of the ceremony and should match the event’s festive yet elegant tone. The organizers are seeking acts in pop, R&B, jazz, or acoustic styles that suit the atmosphere of celebration and academic tradition.
Applicants must submit a short video of themselves performing one or two favorite pieces by July 7, 2025. Selected performers will be notified by the end of July with further details.
