
ČSOB will financially support new student research projects at the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters, University of South Bohemia. Certificates and contracts were presented by Dean Tomáš Policar to the main project investigators. Funding will be available from 2 March 2026.The supported projects focus on sustainable fisheries, nature and landscape protection, and water management. Topics include the impact of cooking and fish origin on PFAS content, insect-based aquaculture feed, management of invasive signal crayfish populations, and new approaches to wastewater treatment.The initiative aims to strengthen student research and promote environmentally responsible innovation in fisheries and water protection.
