
The Eszterházy Károly Catholic University delegation played a key role at the Planet Budapest 2026 sustainability expo held at the Hungarian Railway History Park. The university participated in two major programs, highlighting its work in green innovation and environmentally conscious education.EKKE presented as a partner in the LIFE IP North-HU-Trans project—the only higher education institution collaborating with the Ministry of Energy and the Heves County Chamber of Commerce to promote regional sustainability. The university also took part in the “Green Bridge” volunteer expert program, connecting sustainability with career orientation in education.Through presentations and an on-site stand, EKKE representatives shared best practices and career guidance opportunities, enhancing the university’s visibility and fostering professional dialogue with schools and vocational institutions.
