
Széchenyi István University organized a Teachers’ Day event focused on enhancing emotional intelligence among future educators at its Apáczai Faculty. The program included lectures and workshops demonstrating how literature, arts, and creative teaching methods can support children’s personal development and community building.According to Anikó Benyák, emotional and social skills are increasingly important in today’s rapidly changing world shaped by technological and societal challenges. The event also featured practical sessions such as drama-based learning, storytelling therapy, and interactive teaching techniques, helping students gain hands-on, applicable skills for their teaching careers.
