Eszterhazy Karoly Catholic University has strengthened its international outreach by participating in student recruitment events across Vietnam, aiming to build long-term academic partnerships and attract prospective students.University representatives attended education fairs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City between March 19 and 25, 2026. During the visit, they presented undergraduate and postgraduate programs, summer courses, and scholarship opportunities to interested students.In addition to the fairs, the delegation visited several public and private high schools in Ho Chi Minh City, allowing direct engagement with students and institutional representatives. These interactions provided valuable insights into student interests, particularly regarding scholarships, tuition support, and career opportunities after graduation.Special attention was given to the Stipendium Hungaricum, which drew significant interest from Vietnamese students. The university also introduced alternative financial support options for applicants who may not secure the scholarship.The initiative led to new connections with prospective students and educational agencies, with some partnerships already in early development. The university confirmed that Vietnam remains a key target region for its international recruitment strategy.
