Gdansk University of Technology welcomed 20 administrative staff members from Politecnico di Milano for a study visit as part of the European ENHANCE university alliance. The visit, held from March , aimed to support the professional development of staff beginning their journey in internationalization.During the week-long program, participants took part in training sessions, workshops, and job shadowing activities. These experiences allowed them to explore the university’s organizational structure, workplace culture, and daily operations while exchanging knowledge with their counterparts.The program also included networking sessions and discussions on cultural differences in the workplace, helping strengthen collaboration and mutual understanding. Participants gained insights into communication practices, digital tools, and administrative processes used at both institutions.In addition to professional activities, the visit featured cultural experiences, including trips to Gdynia and Sopot, as well as interactive activities such as traditional Polish cooking workshops.The initiative highlights the growing cooperation within the ENHANCE alliance and emphasizes the importance of staff mobility programs like Erasmus+ in building a more connected European higher education environment.
