
Wrocław University of Science and Technology received two awards at the Genius Universitatis 2026 competition, celebrating the most creative campaigns promoting Polish universities. Out of over 130 projects submitted by 38 universities, PWr earned recognition in the Event and Genius AD categories.Awarded Projects:Event – Noc Politechniki “Wehikuł Czasu”This popular science night invited participants to experience science interactively under the theme “Time Machine,” connecting historical inventions with visions of the future. The event took place simultaneously across five campuses, coordinating 120 activities and attracting a record 3,000 participants. PWr shared first place in this category with Warsaw University of Technology.Genius AD – Campaign “AI też u nas studiuje” (AI Studies Here Too)The nationwide campaign explored public perceptions of artificial intelligence. Built on the report “Between Curiosity and Uncertainty” and executed as a 360° recruitment campaign, it featured educational games like PWr Challenge and reached millions through online, outdoor, and media channels, highlighting PWr as a leader in AI education.Gadget – Brulion PWr 2025/2026A specially designed notebook for first-year students, serving as an analog guide to campus life, with maps, schedules, contacts for support services, and a focus on helping students organize thoughts in an increasingly digital world. The design complements the AI campaign visually and functionally.The jury, chaired by Artur Krajewski, included experts from advertising, marketing, and education, recognizing PWr’s innovation, coherence with university values, and artistic quality.
