The role involves shaping customer needs, supporting software delivery teams, defining business requirements, managing client workshops, contributing to international tenders, and engaging in presales activities. Consultants will also monitor industry trends, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support Mikrum’s service development strategy.
Applicants should have a university degree in a technical or economic field, at least five years of experience in IT projects, and three years in a consultant role. Strong English proficiency, communication and presentation skills, and experience in enterprise software implementation are required. Knowledge of digital channels, project management, or leadership is considered an advantage.
