The Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra (IPC) participated in the 33rd edition of EXPOFACIC – Cantanhede Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Fair, held from July 31 to August 10, 2025. Following the tradition of previous years, representatives from IPC’s Presidency and School Directors attended the fair to welcome institutional visits and engage with visitors.
IPC’s presence aimed to promote its academic programs and provide guidance on higher education access to hundreds of prospective students and their families. The team included staff from central communication offices, school representatives, and members of student associations. Beyond recruiting new students, IPC used the event to strengthen connections with alumni and present the benefits of joining the IPC Alumni Network.
EXPOFACIC, coordinated by the Municipality of Cantanhede and the municipal company INOVA-EM, combines music, gastronomy, exhibitions, and business activities to promote the region’s industry and entrepreneurial ecosystem. IPC’s participation highlighted its commitment to education, student engagement, and community outreach.
