If you did not gain admission to your chosen university program in the first round—or didn’t apply at all—there’s still hope. Eszterhazy Karoly Catholic University invites prospective students to apply through the supplementary admission procedure until midnight on August 8, 2025.
This opportunity is open to those who either did not apply during the general admission period or did not receive an offer on July 23. Applicants may choose only one study program at one university—but this includes both funding types (state-funded or self-financed) for that single choice.
For programs requiring entrance exams, these will take place on August 18 at 10:00 AM, and final admission scores will be published on August 27, 2025.
Available Programs:
In state-funded format, applicants can choose from:
- Agriculture
- Engineering
- IT
- Natural Sciences
- Specific undivided teacher training programs
- Certain short-cycle teacher education programs
Eszterhazy also offers dual-degree programs, including:
- BSc in Viticulture and Oenology (in English) with Bordeaux Sciences Agro University, France
- MSc in Software Engineering (in English) with Johannes Kepler University, Austria
In self-financed format, you may apply for any program that was previously listed and confirmed to launch in September 2025.
