Students at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics who missed the standard enrolment deadline for the spring 2025/2026 semester still have an opportunity to complete the process — but with a late fee.
According to the Academic Services Centre (ASC), those who failed to submit the “100 Enrolment” request by 12 February 2026 at 23:59 (Hungarian time) may finalise their enrolment between 16 February and 14 March 2026 by paying a 5,500 HUF late fee. The fee will be charged in the Neptun system once the request is approved by the administrator.
Students are reminded that even those with an approved “022 Request for Preferential Course Schedule” must still submit the mandatory “100 Enrolment” request. When completing the request, applicants must select the “By personal attendance” option, as personal enrolment at the ASC is required.
The final deadline for submitting the “100 Enrolment” request is 1 March 2026 at 23:59. Students who fail to meet this deadline will have their registered subjects automatically dropped from the Neptun system.
Personal enrolment will take place at the ASC in the main hall of Building R. Students must bring their original documents and photocopies. The last working day before the final personal enrolment deadline of 14 March is 13 March 2026.
The university emphasises that personal enrolment is compulsory for completing registration, even for students whose first semester status is passive.
