Engagement in cultural activities fosters leadership, project management, teamwork, creativity, and well-being, while strengthening community bonds.Radosław Dobrowolski stressed that culture is a constitutive part of university life, not an addition. The report also identifies institutional gaps, infrastructure inequalities, and financial dependence on projects, recommending inclusion of student culture in university strategies, national research, and stable support mechanisms. The forum’s findings underline the role of student culture in preventing drop-out, promoting engagement, and preparing students as active citizens and creators within their academic communities.
