Obuda University has taken steps to deepen its international academic links through a recent visit to Argentina. As part of the Pannonia Programme, Dr. Péter Karácsony, professor at Obuda University, traveled to the National University of La Matanza (UNLaM) to explore opportunities for future collaboration.
Hosted by UNLaM’s Office of International Relations and the Department of Economic Sciences, Dr. Karácsony toured several key facilities on the Argentine campus, including the Technological Hub, University Theatre, Sports Area, Leopoldo Marechal Library, and Media Department.
He later met with members of the Department of Economic Sciences and Research Secretary Mag. Antonella Schifrin to discuss potential joint research projects. Dr. Karácsony highlighted the importance of building strong academic partnerships and stressed that while innovation is essential, it should not come at the expense of investing in human capital.
