For the first time, Pannon University has chosen its official pálinka, a barrel-aged apple spirit from the Balaton region. The name of the winning distillery remains secret until the National Pálinka Competition on June 24, where it will receive the university’s special award.
The selection highlights Pannon University’s dedication to regional culture, gastronomy, and tradition, continuing its practice of choosing a signature wine each year.
