
Politechnika Gdańska held the inaugural meeting for the second cohort of the “Universities of the Future” project. Twelve projects, including five team projects, were selected, involving 19 students from the Faculties of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding, Electrical and Control Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, and Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics.Students were introduced to the Individualized Education Model (MES), including the creation of Individual Education Plans (IPE), project presentations before the Business Team of Innovative Education (BZIK), and project implementation up to deployment stages. Participants may receive scholarships up to 20,000 PLN and benefit from mentoring, scientific, and business support.The meeting featured presentations of project supervisors and the University Project Team, discussions on next steps, and concluded with commemorative photos. The program is co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2021–2027
