Réka Szabóné Samu, Project Management Professional at BT, recently led an interactive session at the University of Debrecen as part of the “Regularities and Variations” course, which combines corporate insights with academic learning.
During the session, titled “Generations at Work, Psychological Safety & Boundaries”, Samu guided students through discussions on fostering inclusive workplaces across Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Topics included communication styles, feedback preferences, and strategies for setting boundaries that respect diverse generational perspectives.
Students actively engaged with the material, exploring how psychological safety can be promoted in multigenerational teams—a key challenge in modern organizations.
Samu praised the university’s innovative course format for preparing students to navigate the complexities of today’s professional environments.
