
A researcher has returned to Slovenia after building a successful international academic career across leading European institutions. The academic journey began at the Biotechnical Faculty in Ljubljana before continuing with international research opportunities and doctoral studies in Vienna through a prestigious research programme.Following this, the researcher completed postdoctoral work and served as an assistant professor at a major European university in Amsterdam, gaining extensive experience in interdisciplinary research and teaching.After several years abroad, the researcher returned to Slovenia in 2024 through a national fellowship scheme and now works at the Department of Landscape Architecture. The return brings valuable international expertise and research perspectives back to the Slovenian academic environment.
