
Shabnam Baghirzade, Founder and Creative Director of Okee Agency, shared insights on the current state of education in Azerbaijan, emphasizing that while over 57,000 young people were admitted to universities this year, more than 31,000 were left out. She noted that 27,956 students secured state-funded places, while 29,280 gained admission on a paid basis. Highlighting the growing importance of practical skills, Baghirzade stressed that in today’s world, success is determined not by holding a diploma but by having strong competencies in technology, analytics, and creativity.
