
University of Maribor reports that the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport is providing €2,040,601 in incentives to support SkyLabs’ investment in a new high-tech space technology development center in Maribor. The total investment amounts to €5,688,622, aiming to create over 10 new high-tech jobs and advance R&D in satellite avionics, communication subsystems, and software and hardware for extreme space conditions. The project highlights strong collaboration between the university, innovative companies, and government support.
