An international trading company is seeking a Spanish Speaking FP&A Specialist to join its Budapest office in a hybrid role. The position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced global environment, contributing to financial strategy and supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights.
The specialist will deliver timely financial and management reporting, prepare performance analyses, support forecasting, and monitor cost optimization initiatives. Duties also include evaluating monthly and quarterly results, identifying risks and opportunities, and assisting local finance teams with investment proposals and strategic project assessments.
Applicants must hold a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, have experience in financial reporting and forecasting, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
