From July 30, prospective students will once again have the chance to apply for admission to the University of Public Service (NKE) through its supplementary admission process. The university offers several state-funded and self-financed bachelor’s and master’s programs in both full-time and part-time formats.
This opportunity is available to those who either did not apply during the general admission round or who applied but were not admitted to any of their chosen programs. Approximately 4,000 students have already been admitted to start in September, and new applicants can join them through this supplementary round.
The Faculty of Law Enforcement offers places in programs such as disaster management (industrial safety, fire protection, rescue operations) and the security organizer master’s program. The Faculty of Water Sciences welcomes applicants to programs including environmental engineering, water management engineering, and the English-taught International Water Policy and Diplomacy master’s program.
Additionally, the Nemeskürty István Teacher Training Faculty offers selected teacher training programs, while the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training only opens applications for master’s programs. The Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies is not participating in this round.
Applications must be submitted via the E-felvételi system by August 7, 2025. Only one program can be selected in this round, and admission scores will be announced on August 27, 2025.
