A total of 587 first-year students have been recognised with prestigious Entrance Scholar Awards for achieving exceptional Leaving Certificate results. The award is given to students who earned the highest points in their respective schools in Ireland, with a minimum of 500 points required.Among the recipients, 552 students were from schools across the Republic of Ireland, while 35 European students representing 19 nationalities — including nine from the UK — were also honoured.Award ceremonies were held over three days, celebrating academic excellence and the achievements of high-performing students beginning their university studies.
