
Matthew Robert Field visited Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and met with Rector Michal Lošťák to discuss cooperation and international exchange.The ambassador arrived during the campus Masopust celebrations, praising the lively atmosphere. Discussions focused on research collaboration and student mobility between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. While Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic affected exchanges, mobility is gradually improving, with dozens of British students recently enrolled.The university continues to attract strong international interest, offering a wide range of English-taught programmes at bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels, with foreign students making up the vast majority of applicants.
