The University of Primorska welcomed 70 international students from 22 countries during its February 2026 Orientation Days, held from February. The program introduced students to university services, the local environment, extracurricular activities, and cultural experiences.
Students met their international coordinators, received administrative support, and were welcomed by Prof. Michaël Mrissa, Vice-Rector for Internationalization. Activities included presentations on the Studo app, tutor networks, psychological counseling, and the Transform4Europe initiative, as well as cultural events, Slovenian language basics, local cuisine, a city treasure hunt, and sustainable exchange and sports activities.
