Hungary’s largest youth umbrella organization, the National Youth Council, has launched the Youth Strategy Roadshow, aiming to collect the opinions of young people across the country throughout the summer and autumn. The collected feedback will help shape the upcoming National Youth Strategy. The initiative is supported by the National Union of Students in Hungary (HÖOK).
Through the platform mitszolszhozza.info, young people can share their views in writing on key topics such as housing, starting a family, mental health, sustainability, education, and employment. As a reward, those who submit their opinions may receive day tickets to major Hungarian summer festivals, thanks to the Ministry of Culture and Innovation and the National Cultural Fund.
Please note: tickets are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each participant can receive one day ticket. The initiative is coordinated by the National Cultural Support Office.
Budapest University of Economics also follows the program closely, encouraging students to participate in this nationwide dialogue shaping the future of Hungarian youth policy.
