Alma Mater Europaea has announced an open call for two tutor positions to support incoming Erasmus+ exchange students during the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Each year, the university welcomes dozens of students from partner institutions across Europe, mainly in the fields of physiotherapy and management, with courses offered in English.
Tutors will assist students throughout their stay by providing information via email, being available in person in Maribor, participating in the orientation day in early October 2025, helping with administrative matters such as accommodation, student meals, residence permits, transport passes, and integrating them into social and cultural activities.
Benefits include active involvement in the university community, cultural exchange, language improvement, networking opportunities, and priority in Erasmus+ mobility selection for study or internships. Applications are open to students of all levels with English proficiency, with a deadline of August 15, 2025. Selected candidates will be informed within seven working days, and shortlisted applicants may be invited for a short interview.
