A new submarine-themed MRI scanner and waiting room have been inaugurated at the Pediatric Center, offering modern, child-focused imaging facilities. The state-of-the-art three-Tesla MRI uses AI-based solutions to adjust for movement and body size, reducing stress and improving diagnostic accuracy for children with chronic and tumorous conditions. The initiative combines university funding, community donations, and corporate support, aiming to create a supportive environment that enhances both diagnostics and therapeutic care.
