Jan Liška has been appointed as the new director of Správa kolejí a menz at Univerzita Palackého. Bringing extensive experience from gastronomy and accommodation management, he plans to focus on open communication, motivated staff, and innovation. Liška highlighted that active and engaged employees are the organization’s greatest asset. He aims to foster a collaborative environment where staff and students can share ideas and feedback. His vision is to build a confident, cohesive organization that supports both functional services and creative initiatives for students and staff.
