
Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem hosted a professional conference titled “Cselekvő Vezetők a holnapért” (Active Leaders for Tomorrow), focusing on sustainable urban-rural ecosystems and the integration of smart technologies.The event highlighted the Jövő Vezetői Program (JVP) as a platform for developing systems-thinking and active problem-solving skills among top students. Participants engaged in project work and World Café discussions, demonstrating the program’s impact on talent development, professional deepening, and personal growth.Rector Dr. Gyuricza Csaba emphasized that the JVP equips Hungary’s most talented youth with skills beyond traditional academics, preparing them to address global challenges and shape the next 40–50 years of sustainable development.Dr. Szabó Katalin, leading the talent development program, underlined that the initiative fosters leaders who think in systems, ask critical questions, and bridge urban-rural challenges to create meaningful, actionable solutions for a sustainable future.
