Mary Immaculate College Thurles has submitted plans for a new sports pavilion and all-weather pitch. The development will include a gym, team rooms, offices, changing facilities, and rooftop viewing.
The all-weather pitch will support soccer, rugby, and other sports with floodlighting for extended use. Facilities are designed for both students and the local community, complementing the existing GAA pitch used by Tipperary Camogie and Men’s Senior Hurling teams.
Professor Jennifer Johnston said the project will enhance student sports opportunities and benefit the wider community.
