Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet has published the results of a control survey evaluating the reliability of data collected in the National Forest Inventory between 2018 and 2022. The analysis, conducted as part of ongoing quality assurance efforts, shows that the overall results are clearly satisfactory.The control survey is carried out regularly to monitor the accuracy and consistency of forest data collection across Sweden. According to the report, the findings confirm that the inventory methods provide dependable information for forestry statistics and environmental monitoring.
