University College Cork has achieved strong global recognition in the latest QS World University Rankings, with 27 subjects ranked worldwide. Notably, Nursing secured an impressive 25th position globally, continuing its steady rise for the sixth consecutive year.Other subjects ranked within the top 100 include English Language and Literature (82), Pharmacy and Pharmacology (92), and Performing Arts (51–100). In total, 11 subjects are now placed within the top 200, showing significant improvement compared to previous years.The rankings, based on academic reputation, employer reputation, and research impact, highlight UCC’s growing global standing in both teaching and research excellence.
