The University of Gdansk organized the “Collaboration Without Borders – Building the Regional NAWA EURAXESS Network” conference to promote regional cooperation in internationalizing science and higher education, supporting researcher mobility, and fostering an inclusive academic environment.The event brought together universities, research institutions, public administration, and organizations in Pomerania. Panels and workshops focused on internationalization, equality, diversity, inclusion, European University initiatives, and HR Excellence in Research strategies. New network members, including the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and regional partners, were introduced to strengthen regional collaboration.
