The University of Ljubljana (UL) was ranked among the top 400 universities worldwide in 10 subjects in the QS World University Rankings by Subject. UL also ranked within the top 500 for 12 subjects, including agriculture and forestry, pharmacy, physics and astronomy, archaeology, linguistics, education, sociology, mathematics, and materials science. Notably, UL achieved top 300 positions in pharmacy, archaeology, geography, and agriculture and forestry. The rankings reflect UL’s ongoing excellence and global competitiveness across multiple fields.
