
Masaryk University presented over twenty upcoming investment and non-investment projects to potential contractors alongside Vysoké učení technické v Brně and the South Moravian Region. The projects, ranging from faculty buildings and research centers to student housing, aim to enhance university infrastructure, accessibility, and modernize key facilities.
Key initiatives include the Center for Surgical Anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine, expansion of the archaeological station at the Faculty of Arts, new spaces for doctoral students at the Faculty of Law, and construction of outdoor classrooms at the Faculty of Education. Student accommodation projects will provide over 1,500 new beds across the Vinařská and Bohunice campuses, with completion expected between 2027 and 2029. Total investments span hundreds of millions to several billion Czech crowns.
