Researchers at RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences have been awarded two Health Research Board (HRB) Evidence for Policy grants totaling over €760,000. Dr Elizabeth Morrow will use €388,000 to improve the responsiveness of home support services for older people, while Dr Siobhan McCarthy has received €376,000 to develop an evidence-based framework for medical workforce planning. The grants aim to provide actionable research and policy recommendations to strengthen Ireland’s health system and support patient-centred care.
