The ESA Spaceship Poland team visited the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC), ESA’s largest technical center. Participants toured laboratories including Human–Robot Interaction, Planetary Robotics, materials, and EEE labs, and explored 3D printing technologies for orbital and interplanetary missions. The visit provided hands-on insight into how research, engineering, and robotics translate into operational space missions.
Attendees included Dr. Krzysztof Walas, Dr. Marek Kraft, Dr. Julia Gościańska-Łowińska, Dr. Bartosz Ptak, Mgr. Dominik Pieczyński, Mgr. Tomasz Staniszewski-Kozak, and participants from the first and second ESA Spaceship Poland programs. The experience strengthens young specialists’ skills and international collaboration in advanced space technologies.
