
Students of Széchenyi István University can once again gain international experience through the Pannonia Scholarship Program, which supports study, research, teaching, and internships at institutions around the world. The opportunities were presented during the university’s MobiliTea event, where both Hungarian and international students learned about the application process and program benefits.The program offers both short- and long-term mobility options. Long-term student mobility typically lasts between two and six months, while short programs can range from two to thirty days. Participants may study abroad, attend conferences, or take part in professional events and competitions.Scholarship amounts vary depending on the destination and program type. Long-term participants can receive around 350,000–400,000 Hungarian forints per month, while short-term mobility may provide up to 35,000 forints per day. Master’s and doctoral students studying at top-ranked universities may also receive an excellence scholarship of up to 500,000 forints per month.The university has partner institutions in nearly fifty countries, allowing students to choose from a wide range of destinations. Applications for long-term mobility are open until March 16, while short-term program applications are accepted until May 31 or until available funds are used.
