The University of Ljubljana’s Center Digitalna UL participated in two key events in March 2026, discussing the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in education. Sanja Jedrinović Čufer, head of didactic activities at the center, emphasized the need for systematic education on AI tools to maximize their benefits while addressing challenges.At the conference Power of Digital Education, the center presented practical examples of AI use, including personalized learning prompts, AI as a critical reviewer for teaching materials, and creating simple AI tutors using MS Copilot. The events highlighted the importance of thoughtful and meaningful integration of AI in teaching practices.The center will continue its activities through workshops for teachers and students and offers support for implementing AI in educational processes.
