Gábor Dénes Egyetem has reached a new milestone in its collaboration with Microsoft, strengthening efforts to develop digital skills related to artificial intelligence.The agreement, signed with the involvement of government representatives, builds on an earlier partnership established in 2023. Under the new memorandum, the university will actively participate in Microsoft’s educational initiatives, integrating and testing training materials through the MS Learn for Education program.Students involved in the program will gain access to industry-recognized Microsoft certifications, enhancing their practical knowledge and career opportunities in the field of AI and digital technologies.The collaboration also extends to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises through innovation and development projects. Microsoft will contribute by providing expert consultancy, helping advance AI applications across multiple sectors.Key focus areas of the partnership include the development of large-scale language and cultural models, the expansion of domestic data infrastructure, and the promotion of AI solutions in education, healthcare, energy, and business development.This partnership reflects Hungary’s growing position in global AI adoption and highlights the role of academic-industry cooperation in driving technological progress.
