
Neumann János Egyetem presented its scholarship system at a professional consultation organized by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation. Minister Balázs Hankó and student representatives reviewed future scholarship programs and student services.The university distributes more than 1.2 billion HUF annually to students through its six-module Neumann Scholarship Program, covering academic excellence, social support, sports, and community achievements.A key element allows self-funded students to receive a 100% tuition refund if they complete 30 credits per semester with at least an average grade. In spring 2026, 538 students qualified, receiving over 150 million HUF.The Kecskemét model is now seen as a nationally recognized best practice.
