Over the years, the program has become an important platform for discussing social and professional challenges. This year’s discussions centered on both systemic and individual approaches to preventing burnout. Speakers explored how prevention can be embedded into organizational structures rather than being treated solely as personal responsibility. They also examined the impact of burnout on work quality and efficiency, as well as the importance of early detection and intervention.A key topic was the need to break professional taboos, particularly in helping professions, where discussing burnout openly remains difficult. Experts emphasized that managing long term emotional stress requires not only personal coping strategies but also institutional support and responsibility.Supervisors, social researchers, and psychologists shared practical insights and recommendations that can be applied in everyday professional settings. The event aimed to support both the management of existing critical situations and the development of long term best practices to protect mental health. The conference highlighted that effective crime prevention depends not only on policies and regulations but also on the well being of the professionals working in the field.
